Our little pupper has been having tummy aches since last night. She's been given a little white chicken with white rice. She's kind of making burping sounds and sleeping. What should I do next? Should I take her to the veterinary practice for an exam? What do you advise me to do? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 8 months old | 4 lbs

If the signs are not persistent and are gradually resolving, there is no need for a veterinary consultation at this stage. Continue with the same diet in small portions for the next 48 hours. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhoea, vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.
