My dog has tick fever. What can I do if I can't afford a vet?

Good day my dog has tick fever his name is snowie and he is 2 years old what can I do to help him I am not work to pay for the vet he is a jack Russell

Tick fever must be treated with antibiotics and unfortunately a veterinary check up is needed to dispense appropriate treatment. There are no effective home-made remedies for it and the type of infection (tick fever may be caused by different type of bugs basically) must be recognized first to have appropriate treatment.
