My dog was exposed to bedbugs. Why is he licking paws and bleeding?

My dog was exposed to bedbugs at a friend's house where I had stay for about a month-and-a-half he was starting to get knots on him then that's when I noticed bleeding from the private is it possibility that come from being exposed to bedbugs he is now out of the dangers on this possibility I had him to the vet and they said they didn't notice any blood because I already gave him a bath i told vet and she did do any further testing is constantly licking his legs and paws

The licking of the legs and paws is probably caused by an allergy, possibly due to the bed bugs originally but it should now be treated with allergy meds such as Apoquel. the bleeding in the private part is not likely due to the bed bugs though.
