My dog has a tongue blister. Are vitamins safe and effective?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old

Vet said he has blister on his tongue he provide metablet which include Riboflavin IP 10mg ,Folic Acid IP 1.5mg , Niacinamaide IP 100mg , Lactic acid Bacillus spores 60 million and Extra vitamins added to compensate for loss on storage so are these composition safe for dog to ate to heal blister on tongue ? What these composition are meant for to treat basically?

Without knowing the cause of the blister on your dogs tongue, it is difficult to determine if a vitamin tablet will help. If the blister persists than your vet may need to do a biopsy to diagnose the problem and determine the best treatment. If the blister is caused by a viral infection than it should resolve within 7-10 days.A vitamin that is formulated for dogs is safe to use.
