Why is my dog bleeding from her rear and still sick on antibiotics?

My Australia Shepard has been leaking blood from her rear end in pools. Been to vet twice she's on two antibiotics amoxcillian and metrozolzole since 1-19-17. Drinks alot eats little but still lethargic. Only 4 years old really concerned. Licks alot? Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 7 months old | 65 lbs

Poor kallua. As she has not responded to a week of antibiotics it is time to investigate further. An ultrasound exam to assess bowel, bladder and womb may be helpful in determining the underlying cause and guide further treatment. Blood tests for clotting function and anemia may also be useful if noo physical cause is identified
