My cat Leo is less than 3 yrs old, has been hacking for three days. Try pethromalt treats and paste he just flings off the paste. Starting to worry.

constant hacking could be a sign of acute nausea, that can be caused by a gastrointestinal infection, pancreatitis, foreign body in the intestines and many other diseases. you will need to take Leo to the vet in order to get him checked, he will probably need a blood test done and possibly an xray too in order to reach a diagnosis.
