My dog has diarrhea and vomiting after neutering. Is it medicine?

My dog got neuter Saturday and Sunday he threw up with chicken potatoes and carrots we cook for him to easily digest food he has diarrhea is it medicine thank you

Yes the medications (anesthetics and antibiotics if used) can cause digestive upsets fater surgery. Bland, small low fat meals fed little and often and a probioitc such as fortiflora can help. If he is weak and unwell you should have him checled by your vet to rule out a fever or infection of the wound
