Hiccups are normal in puppies, and they can have them on and off throughout the day. Typically, they occur after a meal, but they can occur at any time. Eventually, Bolt will grow out of them, so it's not something to worry about :-)

Puppies are prone to hiccups than adult dogs are ( especially under 6 months of age) .Hiccups in puppies are often brought on by excitement or by eating a large meal. Usually, hiccups are the result of swallowing too much air.

Hiccups and increased stomach noises are normal in younger puppies. Their gastrointestinal tracts are still developing, and therefore are more prone to these noises then their adult counterparts. I would not be concerned. Sometimes redirection can help "trick their systems" into halting the hiccups. For example you can provide a dental chew or interactive chew if you notice the hiccups and the change might stop them, this is a link to my favourite puppy chew/ interactive toy. http://m.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=25233
