My dog's temperature keeps fluctuating. What should I do now?

My dogs temp keeps going up and down for the last two days.. it's been to 99.4 99.9 and today this morning it was 99.1 and just now it's 98.7! Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 11 months old | 15 lbs

It could be that you are accidentally sticking the thermometer in feces, and that's causes the differences in temperature you are seeing. If Moon is pregnant and it's now 98.7F, then she should be giving birth to puppies within the next 12-24 hours. To be safe, because you've been seeing these fluctuations in temperature, I would have her seen by a vet now.
