Vitamin B tablets will not cause any harm, but I would not expect them to help heal sores or boils in the mouth either. It's quite unusual for dogs to get a sore or boil like this under the tongue, so I would definitely want to find out what is causing the problem first - it could be a wound, a bacterial infection, or even a tumor of some kind. Treatment will depend on what the underlying problem is, so it's important to get a diagnosis in order to know what treatments might be helpful. I would recommend taking Bruno to the vet for an exam - your vet can do some additional testing if needed to help determine what is causing the sore and get him started on appropriate medication to treat it.
