Are stairs good exercise for German Shepherds? Is it safe for hips?

I have got 30 stairs in my house so how many time will it be safe for dog like bruno to make him exercise in stairs taking all the way up 30 stairs and down to ground floor how many sets will be enough for his exercise and is this staircase up and down exercise is good for dogs ? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old

This is not a good exercise for a German Shepherd as this breed is prone to hip dysplasia which can be aggravated by climbing stairs. It would be much better to take Bruno out to run in a park or on open ground or go for long walks.
