My guinea pig has blood in her urine and squeals when she pees.

When going to change the guinea pigs cage tonight, I found a few bloody spots scattered throughout the cage. I think we have figured out which one it is. We cleaned the bedding and also put a little bit of cranberry juice in their water. The one that we think it is just peed and she squealed a little bit when she did pee and I checked it right after and there was a little blood on the bedding. The blood is red, but it's sort of diluted. Can you please give us some advice? Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female
