How much milk thistle is safe for my 70-75 lb dog to take daily?

How much milk thistle can I give her a day? She weights approximately 70-75 lbs. I've read every 25 lbs they can have 50 mg. I've also read she can have that two times a day. Is this true? Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | 75 lbs
