Hello, I hope all is well. Is it ok to spay my dog at three years old? She got off her heat cycle a couple months ago. Also, she tends to hump my back from time to time while I'm on the couch watching TV. Is it safe for me to get her spayed while she's doing that? Thank you in advance guys!

Yes, it is absolutely fine to spay your dog, and I applaud you for wanting to do it! She's humping because it feels good, not because she is necessarily in heat again. I would have it done before she goes into heat :-)
