My dog is trembling, not eating, eyes rolled up. Is it an emergency?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Basset Hound | Female | spayed | 40 lbs

My 9-year-old basset hound's eyes have rolled up, she isn't eating or drinking, she is thin, is trembling, and moves slowly around when she isn't laying down, like she is now. What is wrong? Please help!

This is an emergency. The signs are too unspecific to pinpoint what is wrong with her. She appears in pain, may have a neurological problem, and the fact that she is thin is also not normal. Please take her to a pet emergency room right away.
