My cat was diagnosed with corona virus almost 2 years ago. For the past week he's not eaten much and sneezing and also losing weight. How long can he live this way. He will be 15 in March.

I'm sorry Jay has corona virus! Unfortunately, it has a very poor prognosis, and there is no cure for it. It can only be treated symptomatically. When a cat start showing symptoms like this, it could be that symptomatic treatment may give him a few more months of time. I would not have him live like this without treatment, as it will be painful and distressing to him to slowly starve over time. You can speak with your vet to see if there is any medication to give Jay to make him more comfortable, but I would consider letting him go peacefully via humane euthanasia. It would prevent him from suffering any longer, and allow him to pass away without further pain. Again, I'm very sorry Jay is so sick :-(
