Dog flapping ears, no infection. What ear cleaner should I use?

My dogs flapping his ears quite a bit...It's quite dry in Canada right now, could that cause it? There's no signs of redness, no weird smells or discharge...He's just flapping a lot. We would like to get an ear cleaner, is there anything we should avoid? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 9 months and 24 days old | 62 lbs

It is possible that he is flapping his ears due to the cold, but it's always worth having his ears checked out by a vet to be safe. As for ear cleaners, I recommend Epi-Otic. It's an excellent ear cleaner, and you can get it from your vet's clinic or a pet shop :-)
