My pet can't stand or climb. What meds treat neurological issues?

I live in Bosnia, taking care of Red European Squirrel. This morning she couldn't stand on her legs or climb anything. She is rolling, crawling while leaning on the right side. Vertical nystagmus is also present with slight weakness and trembling of her right paw/arm. Vet has no idea what could cause her state and he gave her tranquilizer. I've read that It could be E. Cuniculi, bacteria or some inner ear disease. What is the most common medication that every vet station should have?

E. cuniculi is usually treated with panacur. Bacterial infections are treated with antibiotics (depending on species of animal and cause of infection) and inner ear disease is treated according to the cause. Unfortunately neurological signs such as your squirrel exhibits, can also be caused by rabies, so this is something to think about. She could also have suffered a brain bleed, or have another parasite in her brain causing this, or could have a viral infection causing meningitis or encephalitis or both.
