My Boxer has hair loss and breathing issues. Is it heart or thyroid?

10 yr old boxer spayed, losing hair on ear edges and also very thin on legs. I have a couple pics. Is it food? Been on nutrisource lamb since last Mar, before that TOTW lamb. Had bad fleas 1st time ever in early Nov. Got collar and had skin reaction so gave her bravecto instead. She also has mild cardio myopathy, diagnosed June. Started to shudder after she had the halter monitor experience. When laying on side every breath she brings up a paw and shutters :-(. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | spayed | 56 lbs

I Would be concerned about the breathing changes you describe when she is lying down and recommend you get a progress check on her heart condition as soon as possible. It may also be worthwhile discussing a thyroid test as low levels can result in thinning hair without other obvious skin signs.
