My dog bit a frog, now not eating, mouth dark. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | 7 years and 10 months old | 20 lbs

My dog brito bite a frog 2Days before and he got infected. It happened at night so we cant able to consult a vet. Next day vet told me to give a medicine and he is not having anything. And vet gave an injection to him and stops voimiting. But now he didnt have anything water or milk nothing like that. Am so sadly texting this. Please help me. His mouth turns drak color now. Vet told me to be calm he will be okay in a week. But i cant wait because he is very tired now.

Poor Brito, if she is unable to eat and drink she may need to be hospitalised for fluids and supportive feeding until her mouth recovers. I recommend you contact your nearest vet if she is becoming weak as a result of dehydration
