Dog hit by car, vomiting blood but not in pain. What should I do?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 20 days old | 60 lbs

I think my dog was hit by car. He got out of the yard and came back with a bleeding eyebrow. Then he vomited blood mixed with foam. It appeared pink, and the blood was bright red. He doesn't seem to be in a lot of pain and there are no other visible injuries.

Poor Loki! It's extremely serious that he vomited blood, and he likely has internal injuries from being hit by a car. This is a medical emergency, and he has to see a vet now. Please take him into a vet ASAP.
