My dog died from illness. Can humans get sick from dog diseases?

Hello doctors I had one dog which was infected started vomiting and loose stool stopped eating and started to take care of that dog and it died after that I started feeling ill headache internal traumering and poor digestion weight loss and sometimes sore throat consulted many doctors and spent lots of money but no use now I got doubt that it is might b infection from dog so thought to ask veterinary doctors which test and treatment help to recover my health conditions

Unfortunately we are not allowed or qualified to give you this kind of advise, only a human doctor will be able to help you with that. generally speaking it is very unlikely that you caught the same infection as your poor dog did as most of these infections are very specific to dogs and do not affect humans.
