My dog on Rimadyl has back pain, not peeing or pooping. Is it serious?

My dog has a back problem and was given rimadyl she is only urinating 1 time a day and has not had a bm since Thursday am should I be concerned. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | unspayed | 15 lbs

Yes, I would be concerned. These are not usual side effects of Rimadyl, and given that Jelly has back problems, I would be concerned that it is having effects on the nerves leading to her bladder and bowels causing these symptoms. I would have Jelly seen by a vet as soon as possible.
