Why does my puppy have a big stomach and soft poop? Is it worms?

Kirimi has a really big stomach and drinks a lot, her poop is like our but more soft. She also have many wounds like around her. Is it normal? What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 2 months and 16 days old | 3.13 lbs

Intestinal worms are a common cause of an enlarged stomach in puppies, and it would cause her poop to be soft. Kirimi will need a deworming treatment, and I recommend giving her Panacur. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what you mean that she has "many wounds like around her," so if you could please post again with more detail about that, it would be appreciated :-)
