Our dog seems to have a somewhat "waxy mud" between her toes. What is the best way to clean it out?

The best way to clean the toes is with Chlorhexidine 3% diluted with water until light blue and soaking the paws or doing a spot clean. This works well because the feet tend to get fungal infections and Chlorhexidine.is an antimicrobial/antiseptic.
