I would take Chocolate into a vet right away. The fact that he hasn't eaten any food in two to three days shows that he is in a lot of pain, and it's serious that he's weak as well. He needs medical treatment now, including pain medications, which the vet can prescribe. Please do not give him any human pain medications, as many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. My recommendation is to take Chocolate into a vet immediately.
