Why does my dog have missing, brown teeth, bad breath, and mouth pain?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 7 months old | 6.9 lbs

What can be the reason for the missing upper incisor teeth and brown discoloration of some other incisors..also abnormal opening and closing his mouth when licking And he had bad breath before that problem Thank you!

This sounds like severe dental disease with gum loss and loose teeth. The chattering of the jaw is a sign of pain and you should have him assessed by your vet as soon as possible to remove any further damaged teeth and clean the rest of them
