Poor Snowball! This could be caused by a UTI or bladder stones. I would recommend taking her into your vet today or first thing tomorrow for an exam. Your vet can do routine blood tests and a urinalysis to see if she does have a UTI or bladder stones. If she has a UTI, she will need antibiotics to treat it. Bladder stones may need to be removed surgically, or can be managed with diet. Please take her in today

Poor Tamara. She likely has an urinary tract infection. It is really common for them to sometimes have sediment or mucus in their urine when it is infected or if the bladder wall is inflamed. I would have your vet take a look at her. They will likely do an urinalysis and start her on meds if needed. I hope this helps!
