My favorite brands of food are Acana, Origen, Lotus and Hobest Kitchen. You can see if they are available in your area. Some of the freeze dried raw diets such as honest kitchen are very palatable to picky eaters. I also find that adding fish oil and warm water to dry kibble can be very appetizing. It is also a very healthy supplement for them.

Thank you for your question regarding Hailey. There are two easy solutions that may work well for her. The first is adding warm water to the dry kibble. Some dogs really like it this way. Another option is to add only 1 tablespoon or so of wet food and mix it to the dry. This will make a can of wet food last longer. I hope this helps!

There is no health advantage over dry vs wet food. She is it eating the dry well because she is spoiled and knows you will give in and add better food such as wet or chicken At 30 pounds you can change to once a day feeding if you want. She only needs about 1/2 cup of dry food a day and some canned food added to it for her size. You can also add chicken broth or beef broth for more flavor to help to help get away from chicken
