i never beat my dog he dont know meaning of hurt also yesterday he was sitting under glass dining table he thought it was clear he stood up he got bang his head into glass but he didnot make any noise/cry soon after 5 minutes i was standing near door & i told him ok lets go he turn around & bang his head on edge of the wall where he cry & stood with head tilt for minute as what had happened so is that stand & head tilt means he affect his brain? but he is active he is playing & eating normal

If he is playing and his balance is normal and the head tilt has now gone it is unlikely it has affected his brain but I would query his vision if he continues to bump into things as this is not normal

He likely tilted his head in response to pain from banging his head, and may have been stunned by it. Imagine if you accidentally hit your head, your response would be to tilt it to the side that was hit, and reach up with your hand towards it. You are respond to the pain on that side, and your dog probably did the same, only he didn't have a hand to reach up toward it. It's good that he returned to normal quite quickly afterwards.
