My dog's anal cyst is getting bigger after vet injection. What now?

My 9 yr old Labrador Dog has an anal cyst, our Vet gave him an injection last year, but now it seems to be getting bigger. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 20 years old | 80 lbs

If it seems to be getting bigger than he should rechecked by your vet to determine the cause and treat the problem. I am not sure what injection he got last year but he may need another or the cyst may need to be removed. If there is any evidence of an infection than an antibiotic may help treat the problem.
