Yes it might hurt him when his head hit the wall but after that for second he was in doubt tilt his head Asif he did not understand how he got hurt and he look at me I was standing I also didn't hit him so he try to recognise for seconds he was in doubt by himself but after that he walk play with me also went for car ride with me and also eat his meal well and played a lot but I don't know whether that his head hit in wal has any adverse affect on his Brian what is dilated pupil he to diagnose ?

If your pet hit the wall hard enough with his head, yes it is possible that his brain could have been hurt. A sign of that is one pupil smaller than the other. This is known as anisocoria, and it is a sign of trauma to the brain. If you see this sign in your pet, it's quite serious, and he needs to see a vet immediately.
