Why does my Akita's skin itch and lose hair after meds stop?

Hi, our male akita 11 months old. For last 4 months been having skin problems, itching a lot and loosing hair. Went to 3 different vet. Had 3 months on antibiotics and antihistamine. After medicine getting better but as soon medicine stops starts all over again. Pet's info: Dog | Akita | Male | 11 months and 10 days old

That must be so frustrating for you! It could be that Zeus is suffering from allergies, and that's why he starts getting worse again when the medication stops. He may need a long acting medication, such as a steroid shot. There is also a medication called Apoquel that works well in dogs with allergies, but it would be up to your vet to decide if this would be a good medication for Zeus. I'm also not sure if it's available in Indonesia, but it's worth discussing with your vet.
