Why is my dog not eating, drinking lots, vomiting, and has a rash?

Won't eat, drinks alot of water then vomits.also has a rash in groin area working up to chest.7yr old dog.what could be wrong?? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 6 years and 1 month old | 25 lbs

Poor Duke! It sounds like he has a couple of things going it. First, it's very concerning that he is vomiting up water and not eating. He could have a severe GI illness, a foreign body, may have eaten something rotten, or could have pancreatitis. The rash could be due to a contact allergy. His symptoms of vomiting water and not eating are serious enough to require immediate medical attention. I would have Duke seen by a vet now to diagnose what is causing his symptoms so he can be treated.
