My Maltese is dirty. How do I bathe her safely after an ear infection?

How do I bath our little Maltese? We usually take her to the groomer but she has been there three weeks ago. She has had a ear infection and now she's a bit dirty and I want to give her a nice bath. What shampoos would you recommend? I'm thinking about the Garret Larriet aromatherapy shampoo. Thank you. PS ~ her ear is all healed now. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 8 months old | 4 lbs

Since she is so small you could bathe her in a sink or bath tub. Make sure the water is not too hot and use a mild, gentle shampoo for dogs. Try not to get too much water in her ears since she is just recovering from an infection. I have never used the Garret Larriet aromatherapy shampoo but it looks like a good product.
