Why is my dog sick with eye discharge, panting, and coughing?

For 2 days my f Belgian melanois mix has dark brown discharge from eyes, very red eyes, trembles when breathing in only or in spurts while laying down, panting, very hot chest/stomach, some slight coughing, excessive sleeping.Her face shows she doesn't feel good.she is normally quite hyper with anxiety.she had 6 pups 12 weeks ago.pups don't seem to be feeling too good either. Mom loves cold rag wiping her down and warm cloth to clean eyes.normal appetite and drinking water normally.no sneezing
