I am having difficulty finding information on Copastin or it's active ingredient cloperastine hydrochloride. I see that it's an antihistamine and antitussive. While antihistamines and antitussives can be used in dogs, without additional information, I cannot say if it is harmful or not to Jack. I recommend calling a local vet to see if you need to bring Jack for treatment.
