How to help a pregnant dog with a tumor when no vet is available?

Hello sir/mam i am from india, here is one frmale dog she is pregnent now bt she is sufferring from VT tumour since past 1 year.. There is no vet or NGO anywhere nearby.. Sooke to one ngo which is 80 kms away bt theybr nt helping.. What should i do? Can u ket me knw name of injection to cure Vt tumour? So i can ask some experience volunteer to inject it..
