Why does my kitten suddenly go crazy with energy out of nowhere?

How do cats end up with excess energy???? I was told that that's is why my kitten goes crazy out of no where. But I wonder so how does a cat end up with excess energy? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 5 months and 16 days old | 10 lbs

It's not really "excess" energy - it's normal for them at this age, just like its normal for human toddlers to run and scream sometimes for no reason. Just part of being a baby :). She should become calmer as she gets older.
