My hen is lethargic, not eating, can't stand. Is she egg bound?

Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed | 4 lbs

My hen has stopped eating or drinking. She is unable to stand. All she does is lay down and her eyes are closed This lethargy was noticed 24 hours ago. She's indoors away from the other hens. She laid in empsom Salt bath, have her calcium. I checked her vent. Something feel round about 1cm inside. It feels tight and am scared to hurt her. Please help

If you feel something round inside Duno's vent, it is possible that she is egg bound and unable to pass the egg. Egg binding is life threatening, and requires veterinary attention immediately, as the hen will die without treatment. I would find a vet to bring Duno into right away.
