No, I would not recommend doing this. Too much raw liver (and cooked liver) can be toxic for dogs in that they will get too much Vitamin A, leading to bone deformity, excessive bone growth on the elbows and spine, weight loss, and anorexia. Your dog's dry food will give him all the nutrients he needs.
