HI there, My staffie has a lump high up on left side of his neck. I noticed it after he had biliary and was treated a month ago

If he received injections at that time, this may be a reaction to the site of the injection, most of which resolve after approximately 6weeks. If there is any pain or heat in the area or if it continues to increase in size you should have it assessed by your vet to rule out growths or abscesses/infection

This lump on Hannibal could be a cyst, a lipoma, a benign tumor, or even a malignant tumor. Any suspicious lumps should be examined by the vet. The vet can perform a test called a fine needle aspirate on it. To do this, the vet sticks a small needle into the lump to get a sample of it's cells, and examines the cells on a slide under a microscope. It's usually painless to the animal, and relatively quick to perform. I would have him seen by a vet in the next few days to have the lump examined and diagnosed so it can be treated.
