My dog's testicles are injured and he's in pain. Is this an emergency?

Hello doc My dog went outside today evening and when he came back I saw that there was no skin on his testicles and he was weeping of pain. Even he is not eating anything. Please help me to cure him...

Poor pup! It sounds like he was injured when he was outside, and if he's crying in pain, he needs to see a vet right away. Please do not give him any human pain medications, as many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. The vet can treat his injury, and give him safe pain medication.
