My dog is vomiting, lethargic, has diarrhea, and no appetite. Why?

Why is my dog drooling a bit,has a runny nose,lethargy,loss of appetite,vomiting,watery poop(no bloods)

It sounds like your dog is sick. The drooling can be due to nausea, and the lethargy, vomiting, anorexia, and diarrhea could be due to a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, pancreatitis, or a foreign body. I would take your dog into a vet right away for an exam, he sounds quite ill with all these symptoms, and he needs to be medically treated ASAP.

    It sounds as Cody is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

    I am sorry Thor is not feeling well today. The drooling and lip licking certainly indicate Thor may be quite nauseous. And his restless behavior is common with nausea and stomach upset, as is being a little clingy. Drooling, nausea, and runny stools in a young dog can be caused by many things including dietary indiscretion (recently eating something he shouldn’t like human food, garbage or even a toy or other object ), parasites (such as giardia), or even ingesting something toxic such as a plant or human medicine. I would withhold his regular food and offer him only a small amount of bland food a few times throughout the day. Example of a bland diet is boiled skinless chicken breast with white rice, 1 per chicken to 3 parts rice. If he isn’t behaving more normally by tomorrow , if he becomes more lethargic, or if he begins vomiting I would have his veterinarian evaluate him. They can do X-rays and blood work if indicated to make sure there isn’t anything more serious underlying Thor’s signs. And they can prescribe medication to make him more comfortable/ relieve the nausea. Hope he s feeling better very soon!
