Would it be too late for us to neuter our cat and would we be accused of animal neglect since he is 2 years old ? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 1 month old

Of course it's not too late to neuter Fluffy! You won't be accused of animal neglect for not doing it sooner, it's great that you want to have it done now. You can set up an appointment with your vet to have it done soon :-)
