Dog has ticks, lost appetite, and is lethargic. What's wrong?

My dog is suffering from having a lot of ticks in his whole body and now we notice that he losses appetite, he's always sad, and a lot of diffrence had happen since these ticks had gone all over him. Please give me an advice. He never barks, never play and wants to lay on the ground the whole day. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | 1 year and 10 months old
