My boxer got a big lump on his tail and his penis is exposed and it doesn't go back. What could it be?

You can try using some sterile lube to gently slide Spike's penis back into the sheath. If it will not retract, he should be seen by your vet as soon as possible. This is a potential emergency. Once that issue has been addressed, you can discuss the lump. The doctor can perform a fine needle aspirate in the clinic to collect a sample for pathology. The lump may be a mass of some sort, infection or inflammation. Without a physical exam, it is difficult to say.
