My cat has scabby bumps on his head and ears. What should I do?

my cat has little bumps that feel like scabs around his head and ears mostly but i can feel them in in other places to i have given him a good bath and was told cayenne pepper in water is good to help that i dont know ? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 10 lbs

No, I would not put cayenne pepper in Teddy's bath. It could irritate his skin, and if it gets into his eyes, that will be painful for him as well. It's fine to give him a bath, but I would use a cat approved shampoo to bath Teddy.
