I am considering getting a Newfador and I would like to know what you predict the size of the dog to be, more close to a lab or Newfoundland?

That really depends on which genes are expressed and the individual line of genetics. I would expect the size would average between both breeds. I recommend speaking to the person from whom you are getting this dog, and ask them the average size of their adult dogs, which would then give you a good idea of the size to expect when your dog is fully grown.
