Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Blister looking sore on top center of foot above the 2 center toes. 2 weeks old sore, getting larger.red/no puss just irritated and hair loss on the sore itself. I Put triple antibiotic ointment on & no results. She tries to luck it sometimes but not much and we tell her to stop. It Started after daughter put cuticle lotion on nails after nails were cracking... she is a white blue nose pitbull about 6 months old.

It sounds like Kona's skin had a reaction to the cuticle lotion, and the things you are putting on it are not working. Given that the sore has been there for two weeks with no sign of healing, I would take Kona into the vet today or tomorrow for an exam. The vet can clean it, and can prescribe medication to help it heal.
